In Ho Chi Minh City / Saigon - a lady and her partner are running a Sugar Cane Stall. They kindly took a moment to stop work for this environmental portrait. The sugar cane is shredded and forms a large pile on the street. People stop and buy a handful as a chewing sweet snack.
